How to Change Program that Opens a File ?

If you ever want to change or make a file extension associated with a specific program, following are the steps:

1. Open Windows Explorer.

2. Click on the file to be opened by a different program.

3. On the File menu click on Properties.

4. On the General tab next to Opens with Label there is on button called as Change, click on the  button.

5. Click on the name of the program that is to open the file, or you can click on other button to select a program that is not listed.
