Open Social Apps are not available on Orkut in category like Games & Fun or Travel. You can view most popular and newly added apps under each category, and if you are a developer you can submit your application here. Apps can be easily compared based on popularity and the usage and each app have some settings on the apps page (show below).
Once apps are added you get a Edit applications page where you can invite, comment, change settings or remove the apps.
